PUBLIC NOTICE MID-YEAR FUNDING CSBG (Community Services Block Grant) & SSBG (Social Services Block Grant) The Five County Association of Governments is announcing the availability of mid-year funding for Community Services Block Grant - - (CSBG) funding cycle October 1, 1998 through September Septem-ber 30, 1999 and Social Services Block Grant - - (SSBG) funding cycle July 1 1998 through June 30, 1999. these funds are designed de-signed to assist low income residents resi-dents and are to be used to impact im-pact the causes of poverty in the local area.
