Show Fletcher Heads Oasis House In Cedar City On Oct. 15, Oasis House in Cedar City was recognized as the most outstanding treatment center in the state. Oasis House is a day treatment treat-ment center for the chronic mentally men-tally ill. The award was presented pre-sented by the Utah Alliance for the mentally ill. Serving as coordinator at Oasis Oa-sis House is Rosie Fletcher, formerly for-merly of Cannonville. Fletcher is the daughter of Clele and Marva Fletcher of Cannonville. Fletcher, along with several of her staff members conduct monthly month-ly support meetings for families who have mentally ill family members. Their goal is to educate edu-cate and support as many families as possible in the five-county area. Currently there are support groups in Iron and Washington Counties, with plans for Beaver, Garfield and Kane counties.
