The snow laid a coverlet over their heads. Hazel Hatch wife of the late Bill Hatch and beloved school teacher here for many years is home from living in St. George. She is living with her kids Kerry and Elaine Sawyer. Welcome home Hazel. Ray Richards is home from his military duties in Cheyenne, Wyo. He has leave time for some weeks then after three more months of duty will be out of the military for good. His wife Julie and two little boys are happy to have him home. They are living with her folks Wayne and Koreen Ross. Three Panguitch natives have passed away. Freda Sevy Wood-dard Wood-dard was buried here last week. Her brother here is Max Sevy. Her parents were the Pete Sevys. Carol Johnson Hales of Lay-ton, Lay-ton, daughter of Woodruff and Alva Johnson was buried in Lay-ton. Lay-ton. Carol Cooper Bunker was buried bur-ied here Oct. 24. Her parents were George and Cora Cooper. The Ed and Suzanne Callies family have moved to Cedar City. Larry and Linda Marvicka have a new grand son Marty William Wil-liam Modesa, born in Yuba City, Calif. Matt and Sherideth Blais Tebbs have a tiny daughter. Grandparents here are Mike and Margaret Tebbs and Phil and the late Sharlene Blais. Bill and Helen Slack spent over a week in the northwest. They visited their daughter's family fam-ily in Oregon and their son's family fam-ily in Washington. They were glad to get home before the storms Settled in. Our "snowbird" friends and neighbors are leaving for the winter. win-ter. Most of them have homes in Arizona. Mary Henrie had visits from her daughters Amy and Lowell Stephensons of Henderson, Nev., Geraldine and George Robinson of Ogden, Lavera Hatch of Cedar City, and son John N. Henrie from the north. |
