Show Utah Dietary Managers Set Two-Day Panguitch Meet Members of the Utah Dietary Managers Association will meet May 5-6 in Panguitch for a series of lectures and demonstrations. The association is an affiliate of the nationwide na-tionwide Dietary Managers Association. Associ-ation. Utah members who manage kitchens for schools, senior citizens, citi-zens, rest homes, cafeterias, hospitals, hospi-tals, or who are involved in other food services will gather for the meeting. Other interested individuals are encouraged to call Peg Bagnell at Garfield Memorial Hospital (676-8811) (676-8811) for information. She is the manager at the hospital cafeteriakitchen cafete-riakitchen which is helping to sponsor the seminar. Nutrition and nutrition trends will be discussed, along with self-esteem self-esteem for manager, the social aspects as-pects of feeding the elderly, diabetic foods, and "Reading People for Managers." There will be a fee of $20 for one day or $35 for both days, with lunch served on both days. The seminar will take place at the Flying Fly-ing M Restaurant in Panguitch. |
