Garfield County Commissioner Tom Hatch will announce the rodeo with the help of Garfield County Assessor Tom Simkins. Both have been instrumental in bringing together this year's rodeo. The three night's of high school rodeo are a part of annual Panguitch Pangui-tch Homecoming activities, with a first-time "Mix and Match" team roping event planned for Saturday morning at 9.
