Show Henrieville News The Layton Smiths have had their grandchildren Keisha Goddard and Chase Goddard of Cedar City staying with them. The Smiths took them home and attended LDS services where great-granddaughter Hailcy Hulet received her name and blessing. Parents are Roger and Stephanie Hulet and grandparents are Mr. and Mrs. Rhett Shakespear. Also visiting were their son Ed Smith of Cedar City, the Art Reids, and Gordon Hartleys of Springville. Mr. and Mrs. Gene Quilter took their family on vacation in the northern part of the state. Mr. and Mrs. Robert Willis are home after spe-ding some time with daughter JoAnn Cappell of Reno. The Nolan Johnson family spent a week here helping his parents the Thorley Johnsons. Diana Sterner and children went back with them to Salina where they met David Sterner. A patriotic program was presented pre-sented in LDS sacrament meeting Sunday. Members of new Primary presidency are Louise Patterson, Kim Johnson, and Donna Chynoweth. Mr. and Mrs. Harold Webb of Richfield left their children at the. Dorian Johnsons over the weekend. A Fourth of July celebration was held with activities including races, ball games, dinner, and fireworks. Thora Partner accompanied Mr. and Mrs. Joe Hughes to Payson where they attended the Davenport reunion. Also visiting Thora were Marilyn Beard, Janice Perry, and Lisa Johnson. Mr. and Mrs. Riley Miller had as visitors his daughter Nancy Walton and children. Boyd Smith, Colorado, is visiting visit-ing his parents Mr. and Mrs. Lee Smith. Mr. and Mrs. Wayne Henderson visited here from California with his sister Rhoda Shafer. I Senior l I Citizens I I Menu J I The PanguitchHatch senior citizens citi-zens menu for the week will begin on Monday with fish and fries, green salad, vegetables, rolls, upside up-side down cake, milk or juice. On Tuesday the seniors will be served macaroni and cheese, carrot salad, rolls, fruit, pie, milk or juice. Wednesday's menu will feature turkey, potatoes and gravy, vegetables, vegeta-bles, rolls, fruit, cookies, milk or juice. Thursday's meal will be an evening meal with roast beef, potatoes pota-toes and gravy, vegetables, rolls, fruit, cake, milk or juice. The Thursday evening meal will also feature special entertainment. |
