Show By Ella Adair The Christmas spirit was brought to Tropic in splendor and glory as the Tropic LDS Ward Choir presented their Christmas program Sunday morning. The harmony of their voices brought the spirit and meaning of Christmas Christ-mas to all who were there to hear. Maurietta Syrett conductor and Lu-ana Lu-ana Riddle accompanist, are to be congratulated along with those who lent their voices to make the program pro-gram so beautiful. Mr. and Mrs. Max Stewart met son Trevor Stewart, as his plane landed, bringing him home from his LDS mission to Spain. He was a welcome home Christmas pres-nt. pres-nt. Mr. and Mrs. Lonnie Pollock, Mr. and Mrs. Vance Pollock, Mr. and Mrs. Kelly Nielson and Tawn Mangum were in Las Vegas, Nev. attending the National Rodeo finals. Royal and Rella Alvey had business in Richfield. Verlyn Munson visited her brother and sister-in-law Don and Dixie Munson in St. George. Spending Thanksgiving with their father Alan Munson, and grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Silas Munson, were Alan's daughters Sharon and Stephanie from Salt Lake City and Beaver. The Birch Moores visited with the Matland Baughs.. Lillis Francisco and LaFaun Pollock are busy having remodeling remodel-ing done in their homes. Allyson Sudweeks spent Christmas at home. The Bryce Lions and Partners enjoyed their Christmas dinner and program Friday night in Can-nonville. Can-nonville. The McLain Mechams had friend Jimmy Wood from Kingman King-man Ariz, as overnight guest. Mr. and Mrs. Paul Mangum spent a day in St. George making arrangements for a horseback tour with people from France. LaFaun Pollock had all her chil dren and families home for Christmas Christ-mas dinner. She went on to Delta to spend the holidays with daughter Marie Barnson and family. Minnie Nielson is spending the holidays in Roy and Ogden with family members. We are very happy to see Shirley Haycock and Catherine Lit-tlefield Lit-tlefield home from the hospital. Norm Littlefield and LaMar Le-Fevre Le-Fevre are doing well and recovering from hip surgery Erma Wintch and Valerie Grimmer made a shopping trip to Orem and Provo. Cami Engles visited with Tawn and Paul Mangums. The Senior Citizen dinner was enjoyed by 34 persons at noon Friday. Fri-day. Several Tropic people made last minute shopping trips out of town during the week. Ella Adiar's son and daughter-in-law Mr. and Mrs. Larry Adair and her grandsons Kyler and Bryce Anderson, An-derson, spent Saturday with her. The Adrian Pollock family all met in Richfield for a special Christmas dinner. Ella Adair and Stan and Louise Ott spent Christmas in Salt Lake City. The Otts met son Richard at the airport and were able to get acquainted with their new grandson. Mr. and Mrs. E.R. Shakespear have a new grandson, born to their daughter and son-in-law Jeff and Christy Gardiner, Newcastle. Mary Ott visited with her three daughters in Las Vegas, enjoyed shopping and visiting. Wallace was in California having dental work done by son Kim Ott, a dentist. Marsha Button, Cody Button, and Arvon Button visited with the E.R. Shakespears. George and Nell Wilson attended their granddaughter Shauna Anderson's Ander-son's LDS mission report in Provo. Pro-vo. She had returned from a mission mis-sion to Ohio.
