Show 1 By LeNora LeFevre The March snow storms were very welcome. Boulder Mountain is still white with snow. The last storm left five inches of snow in the valley. LaFair Hall made a business trip to Phoenix, Ariz., and came home in the big snow storm from there to here. Herbcr Hall spent a week at his cabin in Salt Gulch. Cattle on the winter range are all being trailed to the ranches in Boulder. A large group of people came to spend Easter weekend in Boulder country. Some we know were Paul and Cletta Allen, West Valley City. Kent Lyman and two of his children came to see his father Truman Lyman and his wife Helen. Dot Coombs and her children from Manilla were back for Easter. Don Torgcrson, Torry, joined Gary Haws, Mac LeFevre, Kelly Roundy for the spring round-up at the Moody range. Calf Creek park found many people camping there. Pole Griffin has opened the Griffin Drive-In. Mr. and Mrs. Scott Bigler and some of. his family were in the Boulder area from northern Utah The Young Men and Young Women of Boulder Ward had a interesting fireside last Sunday. Val Robinson from Bicknell came to talk to them about making scripture reading a part of their daily routine. Then the youth played a game called "Name That Tune". Sue Bassett was at the piano. Refreshments topped off the evening. |
