Kennedy is charged with a second degree burglary count, a third degree burglary count and a count of class A criminal mischief. Kennedy was also in court on charges of violating his probation after prior convictions. Garfield County attorney Wallace Lee argued that Kennedy had been convicted of DUI in Kane County, violating the terms of his probation. Judge David Mower ordered Kennedy to jail to complete the remaining re-maining term of his sentences which had earlier been suspended or shortened. He has more than a year remaining on prior convictions. He was also ordered to pay the balance of earlier fines, a large part of which had also been suspended. Kennedy will now pay more than $6,000 in fines. Judge Mower said he will review Kennedy's case on April 26. |
