Show Boulder News LeNora LeFevre Elaine Roundy accompanied by her daughter Camille Anderson of Las Vegas, drove to Tempe, Ariz. Elaine's daughters Brcnda Roundy and Roberta Roundy flew from Salt Lake City to Tempe to be present when Elaine's daughter Claudia Roundy was released from her LDS mission. Howard Church was in Boulder on business. Elaine Euguinta has moved back to Boulder for the summer months. Uvada Moosman stayed a week with her daughter Mclba Mathews at her home in Provo. Donna Jean Wilson went to Salina to meet Mclba Mathews and her mother Uvada Moosman when she came home. Roger CoOmbs from LaSalle came to help his uncle Anthony Coombs gather cattle from the winter range. Reed Jcpsen is in town. Ncta Poulson and Fay Jcpsen accompanied by Ilia Winn, Richfield, Rich-field, went to Los Angeles to meet Genevieve Wicr of Pennsylvania at the airport. The sisters were gone five days sightseeing at Death Valley, Val-ley, Boulder Dam and other points of interest along the way home. Debbie Proctor, Panguitch, visited vis-ited the Relief Society sisters and gave demonstrations on preparing food. Dr. William Christy, Panguitch, was in Boulder testing bulls. Donna Jean Wilson's daughter-in-law from St. George and her mother Vclda Koop were weekend guests at the Wilson home. Ann Reynolds also spent a few days visiting with Donna Jean Wilson. Ann Spencer, teacher at Escalante Es-calante High School, was accompanied by four boys who participated in the state spelling bee. Scan Davis from Boulder was there. A bus load of students from the Eastern States came to spend time studying at the Anasazi State Park and camping out at the park. While in Boulder this group sponsored a dance and taught the young folks at Boulder the old-fashioned quadrille. Larry Davis was in Page, Ariz., for a police officers' training class. His son Sean Davis won first place in Cedar City which enabled him to go to Provo to the stale History Fair. |
