Show Hatch Happenings The LaVal Sawyers took their guests and his mother, Verda Sawyer, to Salt Lake City to attend the graduation of Pete Sawyer from the police academy. Visiting the Sawyers were Mr. and Mrs. Allen Humpheries, Hurricane. Mr. and Mrs. Clifford Houchin went to Las Vegas on business. Visiting the Grant Daltons were Shannon Clark, Shawnee Clark, Travis Clark, Justin Glazier, Kanab and Bernell Croft, Orderville. Ileta Dix, Kristy Barabas and April Dix, Panguitch visited Velma Huntington and the Darol Allreds. The Darol Allreds visited in Beaver with the Fred Houstons. Visitors with Mr. and Mrs. David Sawyer were the Kent Sawyers, Cedar City and Tracy Savage, David Woodmancy, Tracy Roberts and Rodney Savage, Antimony. Enroute to their home in St. George from Green River were the Richard Wilsons who stopped to visit Lilith Wilson. Mr. and Mrs. Lamar Barney and Janett Young visited Kelvin Yazzie at Cedar City. Then the Lamar Barneys took Janett Young, David Young and Susan Young to Halls Crossing to visit Mr. and Mrs. Bill Duckett. Mr. and Mrs. Vay Sawyer and Verla Sawyer, Kanab visited relatives in town one day this week. Mr. and Mrs. Karl Lowder visited in Cedar City and in Minersville with the Larry Baileys, and in Panguitch with the Ron Riggs. Visiting Effel Riggs was Herrold Lynn of Lovall, Wyo. His father Wilder Lynn was a former resident of Hatch. |
