Show NOTICE TO WATER USERS The following applications have been filed with the State Engineer to exchange water in Garfield County thorughout the entire year unless otherwise designated. Locations in SLB&M. 61-area (E2302) Richard P. & Elaine R.Papaleo, 1672 Sandalwood Ln, Las Vegas, Nv seek the right to exchange 1.6 ac. ft. of water as evidenced by Sevier River Decree, pg. 21, one share West Panguitch Irr. Co., Cert. No. 3087. The water has been diverted from Panguitch Creek at a point E. 1900 ft. from the WV4 Cor., Sec. 34, T35S, R7W; and used for Irrigation purposes. Hereafter 0.25 ac. ft. of water is to be released into Panguitch Lake at a point same as heretofore; and 0.25 ac. ft. of water is to be diverted from a 6-inch well, 50-300 ft. deep at a point N. 1667 ft., W. 1375 ft. from the SE Cor., Sec. 31, T35S, R7W, (1 mile W. of Panguitch Lake) ; and used for domestic use of one family in the NWViSEVi Sec. 31, T35S, R7W. 61-area (E2303) Mel and Jean Glazier, Box 9, Kanab, Ut. seek the rights to exchange 1.6 ac. ft. of water as evidenced by Sevier River decree, pg. 21, one share West Panguitch Irr. Co. The water has been diverted from Panguitch Creek at a point E. 1900 ft. from the WVi Cor., Sec. 34, T35S, R7W; and used of irrigation purposes. Hereafter 0.25 ac. ft. of water is to be released into Panguitch Lake at a point same as heretofore; and 0.25 ac. f t. of water is to be diverted from a 6-inch well, 50-300 ft. deep at a point S. 311 ft, W. 513 ft. from the NE Cor., Sec. 6, T36S, R7W, (1 mile W. of Panguitch Lake) ; and used for the domestic use of one family within the NEViNEVi Sec. 6, T35S, R7W. Protests resisting the granting of these applications with reasons therefore must be filed in duplicate with the State Engineer, 1636 W.
