Show NOTICE TO PUBLIC OPPORTUNITY FOR PUBLIC HEARING On Proposed Improvement of Boulder Mountain Road From: Sunflower Flat To: Frisky Creek Project No. OS-09(01) The Utah Transportation Commission herewith advises all Interested persons or groups that highway Improvements are proposed on Collector Road 359 in Garfield County. The proposed route location of the project Is as follows: Beginning approximately 10 miles northeast of Boulder Town, the proposed project proceeds northeasterly for 4.0 miles along the existing alignment on land administered by the U. S. Forest Service. Proposed location and design features consist of state construction whereby widening, grading and drainage Improvements will be accomplished under the proposed contract with surfacing to be completed at a later date. The governing officials of Garfield County have been notified. The public is herewith advised that a Public Hearing, to discuss the location and design features and the social, economic and environmental effects of the proposed improvements, will be held only If requested. Any person or organization desiring that a public hearing be held must submit a written request postmarked no later than April 8, 1976. Requests must be sent by registered United States Mail addressed to: Utah Department of Transportation, Attention: James E. Johnston, 612-A State Office Building, Salt Lake City, Utah 84114. At any time during regular office hours, maps, drawings and other pertinent information developed by the Utah Department of Transportation and written views received to date by the Department from any interested persons or groups will be available for public inspection and copying at Utah Department of Transportation District 3 Headquarters, 708 South 100 West, Richfield, Utah, 84701.
