Show Hatch Happenings fteva Uwder 735-4201 a The Relief Society celebrated their anniversary with a banquet and program. Most of the members and their partners were there. Special guests were Mr. and Mrs. Gale Wilcock, Fountain Green. The young folks from here attending the tournament in Provo were Brad Frehner and Michelle Stephenson. Those going Friday and Saturday were Leslie Riggs, Shawna Woodard and Janett Barney. Mr. and Mrs. Orlin Frehner and Brett visited In Nephl over the weekend with relatives and attended the wedding and reception for her niece. Word was received by the Jesse Wilsons of a new granddaughter, Julie Ann. She arrived in Oklahoma City and her parents are Ferrill and Marva Lazenby. Robert Wilson, SUSC, Cedar City visited from Friday until Monday with his folks. Bp. and Mrs. Mervin Barn-hurst and Mr. and Mrs. Eric Bamhurst and Danny arrived home after attending the wedding reception in LeGrande, Oregon for newlyweds Daryl and Marsha Bamhurst. They visited Marsha's folks the Melvln Westinschows. En route home they stopped in Logan to visit Del and Barbara Barnhurst and to get acquainted with their new baby daughter who was born March 16. Visiting with Maggie Bamhurst were the Bert Barn-hursts, Cedar City. Maggie left with Al Wilhelm to visit two weeks in Las Vegas with the Melvin and the Austin Barn-hursts. Karen Yardley; Casey and Melodie Dix visited the Oliver Huntingtons. Casey was an overnight visitor with them. Hope Dalton visited in Parowan with the Wayne Stubbs. Also visiting the Daltons were the Stubbs from Parowan and the Gilbert Clarks, Kanab. The Bern ell Crofts, Orderville also visited them. Bruce Dalton went to Milford to get his family who has been visiting her folks. Mr, and Mrs. Sam Evans visited during the weekend in Springdale with her father, Kendall Gifford who is ill and in Ivins with Mr. and Mrs. Gerald Gifford. Mr. and Mrs. Bob Evans and Ktmberlee visited in Can-nonville with her folks the Irving Johnsons. A large number of our ward members attended stake conference in Panguitch. Orlas Riggs was rushed from the conference to the Garfield Memorial Hospital with a heart ailment. The last report said he was improving. Speakers in sacrament were stake visitors Elizabeth Foy and Kent Dalton. Mr. Joe Foy and Mr. Dalton's daughter accompanied the speakers to meeting. Mr. and Mrs. Wiley Huntington entertained Mr. and Mrs. Lowell Huntington and Elizabeth, Kanab at a dinner in honor of Lowells' birthday. Lowell and Elizabeth came again on Monday to help his folks paint. The Craig Barneys, Roosevelt and Doris Barney, Cedar City visited the Layton Barneys. Craig and Layton went to Lake Powell. Mr. and Mrs. Karl Lowder and Loretta stopped in Panguitch and took Karleta and Rebecca Riggs with them to Minersville to visit the Larry Baileys. Mrs. Bailey went with them to Delta where they attended the wedding and reception of Debbie Lowder and Bob Johnson. Mr. and Mrs. Niel Sawyer Antimony with Mr. and Mrs. Lynn Savage and Rodney. They accompanied them to the Kodachrome Flats down below Cannonville. Kathy and Chrisette Shakespear, Panguitch visited the Sawyers. Graveside services were held in the Hillsdale Cemetery for the infant son of Mr. and Mrs. Curtis Wilson. The grave was dedicated by Calvin Wilson. Those attending from out of town were the Curtis Wilsons, Linda Valdez and friend Barbara, Mr. and Mrs. Peter Curley, Mr. and Mrs. Willie Yazzie and son, Gallup, N.M.; Mrs. Wilford Lane and sons, Tuba City, Ariz.; Mr. and Mrs. Champ Henrie, Rosemond Henrie and Florence Frandsen, Panguitch and some of our local folks.
