Show NOTICE SPECIAL MEETING On the 27th day of July 1971, at 8:30 p.m. in the city hall, there will be a special hearing of the city people of the City of Panguitch, called by the City Council to discuss the following proposal: On the 13th day of July 1971, the City Council of the City of Panguitch at their regular monthly meeting heard a proposal from a Mr. J. S. Mussro Jr. The proposal consisted of the formation of a City Refuse Service. This service would consist of approximately once a week house to house residential refuse pickup service. Service for the business community will be as often as needed to maintain a sanitary condition. All non-subscribers will be subjected to a Dumping Fee at the City Dump. The fee for home will be approximately $3.00 per month. The fee for each business will be worked out with the owner and the City Council. This proposal to set a public hearing date for July 27, 1971 carried the voice of approval of your City Council. (15. 22) |
