Show THE SATURDAY NIGHT MIXED LEAGUE The Saturday Night Mixed League got off to a rousing beginning for it's new season this past Saturday, but, because of the lack of names for the six new teams it is impossible to give the team standings at this point. Donna Hubbard led the lad ies with a 188 high game and a 453 series while Maureen Isenhour followed with a 162 game and Dolly Henrie and Nita North had 157's. Runner up high series were Nita North at 450 and Owen Frandsen at 423. The men were led by Pat Dlx with u 209 and 200 games ; id a 591 series, while Floyd Barney had a 469 series followed by Artie Woodard with a 468 Other high games rolled were Dell Cooper with a 175 and Floyd Barney with a 169 Pat Dix, Secretary TUESDAY NIGHT MIXED LEAGUE The final week of the league was played this week and the Avengers won first place by half a game Their games were 39 won and 21 lost and Phil lips 66. a real contender, had 38H games won and 21 M games lost. This last week was a real thriller and first place could have gone either way. The Avengers (Harry and Nita North and Al and Gloria Rheume) also reaped more than the first place team trophies. Nita won high scratch series 498 and Harry won high scratch game 216. This team had the highest team game of the league, 675, and the highest team series with 1850.
