Show NOTICE TO WATER I'SERS The following application has been filed with the State Engineer to change water in Garfield County. State of Utah, throughout the entire year unless otherwise designated. Locations in SLB&M. a-6115 Jerry S. and Joy D. Stephens and Howard C. Brown. 5917 Rae Drive, Las Vegas, Nevada proposes to change the point of diversion, place and nature of use of 0.05 sec.-ft. out of a total of 1.45 sec.-ft. of water as evidenced by Sec. C. Page 9 Sevier River Decree, Blanche Sho-walter Award. The water has been diverted from South Fork Sevier River and used from Mar. 15 to Nov. 15 for Irrigation purposes. Hereafter, 0.05 aec.-ft. of wa ter is to be diverted from an 8-ln. well 100-300 ft deep at a point N. 1360 ft. E. 100 ft. from W4 Cor. Sec. 25, T35S, R5W and used for domestic requirements of 1 family, stockwatering of 6 cattle and horses, 50 poultry, for business and recreation purposes consisting of a 300 unit campground with 100 faucets, wash house, bathhouse, office, grocery store and from Mar. 15 to Nov. 15 for irrigation of 1.0 scs. All uses within BttNWVfc Sec. 25, T35S, R5W. The remaining 1.40 sec.-ft. of water la to be used as heretofore for Irrigation purposes. Protests resisting the granting of this application with reasons therefor must be filed ' in duplicate with the State Engineer, 442 State Capitol, Salt Lake City, Utah 84114 on or before May 9, 1970.
