Show To Change: a-4174 Paul Steed, Ruby's Inn, Ut. proposes to change the point of diversion and nature of use of .067 sec-ft. of water evidenced by Underground-water Claim No. 20640. The water has been diverted from a well at a point N. 1435 ft. and W. 1120. ft. from EY Cor. See. 7, T36S, R3W, and used for the domestic requirements of 300 persons in NEV4NE said Sec. 7. Hereafter, the same quantity of water is to be diverted as heretofore, from either one or both of two wells at the following points: (1) 6-in. well, bet. 150 and 250 ft. deep N. 1430 ft. and W. 1220 ft. from EVi Cor. Sec. 7, T36 S, R3W; (2) 12-in. well, 18 ft. deep, same as above described, and used for a motel, cafe and service station, and for stock-watering purposes.
