Show NOTICE TO WATER USERS The following applications have been filed with the State Engineer to change and appropriate water in Garfield County, State of Utah, throughout the entire year unless otherwise designated. All locations are in SLB&M. To Change a-4917 Deward G. Bentley, et al, Parowan, Ut., proposes to change the place and nature of use of .06 of .30 sec.-ft. of water as evidenced by the Sevier River Decree, ,p20, (3) awarded to L. N. Marsden. The water has been diverted from springs at the following points: (1) S. 50 ft. and E. 650 ft. (2) S. 1470 ft. and 13. 450 ft., both from NU Cor. Sec. 31, T35S, R7W, and used from May 1 to Oct. 31 for the Irrigation of 15 acres in Sec. 31, T35S, R7W. Hereafter .06 sec.-ft. of the above described right is to be diverted the same as heretofore and used from Apr. 1 to Nov. 1 for domestic use for fifty cabins in SWWNEVi, SE-NWi Sec. 31, T35S.R7W. To Appropriate 37680 (89-108) Georgo W. Thompson, Cannonville, Ut., .2 sec.-ft. of water from a 4-in. well from 250 to 350 ft. deep at a point N. 1200 ft. and W. 280 ft. from SE Cor. Sec. 24, T37S, R3W, and used for the domestic requirements of 3 families and the watering of 50 head of cattle and 12,000 poultry In SEUSEtf Sec. 24, T37S, R3W. Protests resisting the granting of any of the above applications with reasons therefor must be filed in duplicate with the State Engineer, 442 State Capitol, Salt Lake City, Utah, on or before August 13, 1966.
