Show Keglers Continue To Enjoy Summertime Fun And Games FRIDAY NIGHT FUN Two couples didn't show so 10 couples had a hilarious time at scotch doubles and since it is only for fun the contest was for consolation. The alley management gave two beautiful hand towels (also used for crying) to the team of Juno Robinson and Usher Henrie. They were so nice there might be more of us trying for the low score! Receiving top score was the team of Violet Robinson and Kent Nay with 855; in second place was the team of Metta was the team of Loretta Nay Whittaker and Kent Mclnelly with 829; and in third place and Floyd Barney with 822. Conoco took 3 from Kalbab to move up into a tie with Bill's Texaco for 3rd place, and Bern's Blacks got back on the winning trail clipping Texaco for 3 and moving into a 5th place tie with Kaibab-Crofts. High man for the night was Pat Dlx who rolled a 613 series which Included a 222 game, Floyd Barney had a 505 series with a 202 game, Evan Excell scored a 195 game, and Dan Perkins rolled 3rd high series, a 499. LADIES SUMMER LEAGUE Still batting 1000 are the gals on the Cameron Tours team for the fourth straight week they have taken all four points and now lead the league with 16 wins and no losses. In second place is Al's TV Repair, 9VS-6V&; Panguitch Bowl, 8-7H; Panguitch Drug, 6-10; and Flying M and Tebbs Jewelry are fighting it out for the bottom spot with 4-12 each. Ada LeFevre rolled the high game of 196 and second high 3-game series of 454. Mary Barney had second high single game of 165.
