Show Hatch REVA LOWDER Special Priesthood p r o-grants were given in Priesthood meeting Sunday morning and I i in Sacrament meeting. Talks were given by Robert Wilson, Greg Evans, Kenneth Barn-hurst, Dorothy Barney, Bishop Layton Barney; songs by Primary officers and teachers; quartet, Gary Fagg, Wiley Huntington, Jesse Wilson and Cloyd Campbell. Elder Lowell Huntington who has just returned from an LDS mission to England will give hte report Sunday, May 22, at 7 o'clock. A stork , shower was given Mrs. Gary Fagg Wednesday at the home of Mrs. Leland Riggs. The Faggisand Leland, made a trip to Salt1 Lake where Leland attended a meeting and the Faggs visited relatives. Enroutc home they, stopped at Ncphi and brought Jens Christcnsen back here 'with them to visit awhile. DUP meeting was held at the home of Effel Riggs Thursday. The Lesson, "Early Sheep Industry in Utah", was given .i by Omega Campbell. Several MIA workeris attended Stake preparation meeting in Panguitch Sunday. Hatch won the plaque and book from the Stake for having the most in attendance. Mr. and Mrs. Kilburn Wilson were business visitor in Salt Lake Thursday. Bob Henderson was in Dixie one day on business. Weekend visitors at the Garth Heap home were Mr. and Mrs. Don Heap, the Ronald Sawyer and Mrs. Wallace Heap and children of Cedar City; Mrs. Wallace Heap also visited with Mrs. J. E. Riggs. Sunday, the Bill Jordons of Henderson, Nevada visited the Heaps and Wallace came, and sll had a family dinner. Mrs. Lynn Evans came from Springville Friday and visited in Panguitch with the DeLin Crofts. Kerry and Kevin Crofts returned here with her to visit over the weekend. Lynn came homo Saturday. Other workers home were Eric Barnhurst, Ed Turek, Earl and Larry Sawyer. Lois and Christine Farns-worth of Panguitch spent the weekend with their grandparents, the Wiley Huntington'.. Mrs. Duncan Findlay, Mrs. David Frost and girls of Kan-ob visited the T. II. Sawyers on Saturday, the Findlays visited them again on Sunday Donald Woodmancy left Saturday for his air force base in Nebraska after spending a week at the David Sawyers. The Lyle Sawyers of Panguitch spent a day with the Arthur Sawyertf. The Gary Evans' and baby of Cedar visited the Sam Evans on Saturday. The Leon Sawyers and the Dee Callahans of St. George visited here Saturday, Mrs. Mary Little and Lbn Kay visited in Cedar City Saturday. Jo Anne Haney and Mcrvin Barnhurst arc working at Bryce. |
