Heartfelt Thanks For Time And Effort Spent On A Heartbreaking Task I would personally, like to thank everyone who so generously gave of their time and effort in the search for the young son of Karl and Reva Lowder. Every effort has been made to locate him at this time, boat patrols are still being maintained on the river. I would like to encourage all to help watch the river banks, and as soon as the high water drops down and the temperature rises, the Sheriff's , posse and all volunteers that would like to join will make another extensive search from Hatch to Circleville in hopes of recovering Rell's body, Once again in behalf of the family and myself Thanks.
