Show Long-Term Home Buying Or Building Loans Now Available Says Local Bank A big help to residents who ' wish to buy, build or remodel ' homes is the coming of Fed-' oral Housing Administration insured Title II loans to our area. Through this program ' the Finrt-State Bank is able to provide long term, low down loans for local housing needs, payment, low interest rate Mr. Wilson, bank manager, states that while there are no restrictions as to where such loans can be approved, the town must have a water system . approved by the Utah State Board of Health before the FHA will approve a loan jn that town. "The April 28, 1966 listing of unapproved water systems included all towns In the area except Panguitch and Hatch. Thus, these two towns are the only ones in which the Federal Housing Administration can approve loans. Of course the applications must meet the other requirements of the FHA to gain approval. The municipal officials and civic organizations of these two towns (Panguitch and Hatch) are to be complimented for making sure that the water passes State Board of Health standards.
