Show Services For Claud Sudiveeks Funeral services were held for Claud Sudwecks, 75, In the Tropic Ward chapel July 8th under direction of Bishop Malen Mccham. Prayer in the homo was by Rodney Sudwecks, Organ prelude, Gencvlcvo LcFcvre; prayer, Ellis Allen; song "Oh My Father", choir, speaker, John II. Johnson; vocal duct "Beyond the Sunset", Malen and Viva Mccham, reading by Irene Munson; talk, Wilford Clark, solo "That Silvc Haired Daddy of Mine", Herman Pollock; remarks, Bishop Malen Mccham; benediction, Rich Sudwecks. The grave was dedicated by Ilan Pollock; burial was In Tropic cemetery under direction of Neal S. Magleby Mortuary Mr. Sudwecks died July 5 at his home after a lingering illness. He was born March 4, 1880 In Aurora, Scier County to Daniel Morgan and Annie Bertelson Sudwecks. On July 15, 1915 he married Emma Jane Allen in Tropic, the marriage was later solemnized in the St. George Temple. A farmer and stockman, Mr. Sudwceks was a steady hard worker who was respect? ed and liked by his towns-folks. Survivors: widow; sons Claud Sudwecks and daughters: Mrs. Ozro (Dellis) LeFevre, Panguitch; Elvin, Richfield; Allen, Lay-ton; Rodney, Salt Lake; Mrs. Parley (Lcda) Pratt, Escalante; Mrs. Deward (Revonne) Smith, Babbitt, Nevada; Mrs. Robert (Mira Loyj Ott, Bryce Canyon: DcRell, with the U.S. Army in Germany; 29 grandchildren, 1 great grandchild; sisters: Mrs. Elwood ( Cora) Slade, Ogden; Mrs. Bert (Jcwue) Cook, Twin Falls. The family wishes to thank all who assisted in any way during the illness of Claud Sudwecks and during tho time of their bereavement. |
