OCR Text	Show Soil Bank Sign-Up Time The signup in Garfield County for the 1959 Conserva- ' tion Reserve of the Soil Bank is now open at the county ASC Office in Panguitch. The first step in the signup is for the farmer who is interested in the program to come to the county office and request payment rates for his farm. The conservation Reserve is the only Soil Bank program available for 1959. The Signup phase of the program closes Sept. 10, and all requests for establishing farm rates must be received by that date, then the deadline for actually signing the contracts will be Sept. 24th.
