Show IAditional Local Thursday morning a fine girl came to the homo of Mr. and Mrs. Geo. Stenquist. Dr. W. M. Cragun made a business trip to Portage and the Pocntello valley Thursday. Miss Nellie Barnard leaves for Salt Lake tomorrow to tako up her work in the schools. A fine daughter arrived at the homo of Mr. and Mrs. Cepus E. Anderson Tuesday morning of this week. Monday evening of this week, tho father and brothers and Bisters Bis-ters of Bishop L. II. Kennard, Jr., of Riverside, also Mr. and Mrs. A. II. Glcason and Mrs. Neoma Grovor and children gathered at Bishop Kennard's homo and gavo him a genuine surprise party in the form of a water-melon feast Music and Barnes were engaged In, watermelon water-melon "feasting" being a pleasant plea-sant part of tho program. There were forty members of the Kennard family present. Bishop Kennard will shortly move his family to Logan whero ho has purchased a homo for them to reside in during his missionary labors in tho Hawailn Islands. |
