( Minutes of Meeting held August -lth, 1919, were read and approved. Alva D. McCuirc of Treinou-ton Treinou-ton presented a claim to tho Board of County Commission-ers Commission-ers for injuries received by Mrs. iM Martin, Mrs. Yoder and Mr. jH Fraizer In an accident on tho 'H County road South fo Trcinon- , ton. Tho matter was referred to the County Attorney. Alfred Hansen, road super-visor super-visor of tho Corinno road dis-Met, dis-Met, quested the iBoard to rcplanlc the Corinno bridge over Bear River. Mr. Hansen was authorized to get plank from Commissioner Cnpencr and re- ... pair the same. P. M. Anderson, road super- v visor of Bear River City road district, met with tho Board and requested them to repair some bridges in his road district. Mr. 'Anderson was instructed to 'place all County bridges in good condition. John McCrary arid Bert Dopp ,H appeared before the Board and ' H 'requested permission to operate jH a pool hall at Portage. Their request was granted upon tho 'filing of satisfactory bonds. H John Watltins, road super-' super-' visor of Beaver Dam, met with 'the Board and stated tliat tho bridge a the old dairy in his district was in a dangerous condition. Matter referred to , 'the County SuiTcyor for in- vcBtigatlon. The qucBtion for malting an appropriation to tho Box Elder Peach Day Committeo was dc-ferrcil dc-ferrcil until Commissioner Wright could bo present. The bond of Hyruni Peter-sen, Peter-sen, constablo of Sunset Pre-cinct, Pre-cinct, was approved. Treasurer's and Sheriffs re-ports re-ports for July were paporved. A number of claims wcro allowed and it was ordered that 'the Board stand adjourned. |
