Show Permanent Organiaz-tion Organiaz-tion Effected. At a meeting of tho Garland Dramatic Co. held April 17, 1000 at tho home of T II Edwards for the purposo of making a pcrmlncnt organization of tho Co., tho following ofllcerN wcro elected: T. II. Edwards, General Mngr,; Chaa Edwarda, Stage Carpenter! H C Cutler, Secy, and Treasurer; M D Evans, Property man; Jos, II. Klrkham, Musical Director. After making a briof report of the llnanclnl standing of tho organization, it was agreed that tho manager appoint u committee of three to meet Wednesday, April 18, for tho purposo of drafting by-lnws, etc, to bo presented to tho nicinhcM in tho near future, (or approval. ap-proval. Those appointed were Mrs J T Boberts, M D Evans and Ben Clayton. Mngr. Edwards mado a few brief remarks, re-marks, in regards to tho number of members, mem-bers, it being his desire to admit any-otic any-otic to the organization who is dramatically drama-tically Inclined, but an application must have the vote of the Co. ai present ino loiiowing win no re-conlzcd re-conlzcd as the "Garland Dramatic Co": T II Edwards, Mngr., Chas Edwards, Geo Rogers.
