Problems with Recycling The addition of the waste recycle bin at the downtown ballpark has been well received and " well used. The bin is on a weekly dump schedule in. an attempt to stay caught up with the recycling demand. Recently, there have been patrons that find the bin full, so they unload their cardboard, plastics and paper products on the grounds in front of the bins. This practice is not allowed and results in debris being blown throughout the park. In the end, the parks crew throw the blown items away. Please help us continue to enjoy this program by using the bin properly.
