City, Regional Theater v Hits Pay Stand The newly formed Salt Lake Board of Health criticized the county auditor today for not using $350,000 in city funds to pay former city employes now working for the joint board. The board met at the Salt Lake Board of Health offices, 610 S. 2nd East, to appoint a new director, but the man selected for the post declined, South explained. Dr. J. O. Brewerton, acting director, was asked by the board to present a budget to the county as soon as possible and add a five per cent increase to handle the cost of paying former city health worker salaries until city funds are cleared for use.
