Enlisted personnel must complete career development courses successfully at various stages to advance in their careers. Loren Bell First-term Airmen complete course There were 34 Team Hill members who graduated recently here from the First-Term Airman's Center. The First Term Airman's Center is a two week course designed to transition Airmen from a training environment to a mission-oriented environment. It acts as a means of iri-processingAirmen, providing them with a foundation of base and training programs while making them mission ready in a short amount of time. Mandatory briefings for the Airmen include but are not limited to offduty education, family support center, personal financial management. tricare, disaster preparedness, finance and military personnel. Some optional briefings are legal, domestic violence, suicide prevention, housing, honor guard and services.
