Rasmussen is organizing a new program in Ogden Valley for “mature” and like-minded women who want to shake it up a bit! Marsha wants to invite local women to participate in an hourly session once a week where they will have an opportunity to stretch, move, deep breath, and have fun in a quiet, supportive atmosphere in her warm sunlit studio in Eden. For an inexpensive price, Rasmussen will come to your home and transport you to her yoga studio; afterwards, she will chauffeur you back home again. Rasmussen also provides exercise or yoga sessions within the comfort of your own home and in your own neighborhood— Green Hills, Wolf Creek, Radford Hills, or Nordic Valley, etc. for a circle of friends which you select. The stretching, meditation, and stress reduction aspects of Yoga have been proven to have a therapeutic benefit to participants. It also contributes to weight loss.
