Kristy Richins led us in the Fledge of Allegiance and the Pledge. Our leader helped us with an Acid Milk experiment. We learned that fruit contains acid. If the milk and fruit are not cold. when they are combined. themilk will coagulate. We then went onto learn how to make party ' fare drinks. These consisted of Milky ' Way Punch. We went into the kitchen and our lender helped us with a milk pudding experiment. The vanilla pudding with the was paper direct Iv over the pudding had no scum because the air could not dry out the surface of the pudding. We then made Tapioca pudding and ate this along with chocolate pudding sprinkled with nuts and vanilla pudding with a peach sprinkled with graham cracker crumbs: These puddings make casv desserts. Buelah Willoughby presented all with a biographical sketch of her father. Alonzo Stone Winters, which she has compiled this past tivear. Also a sketch of her' grandfather. Alonzo Winters, the pioneer who settled in Hovtsville in the early 1860s. The family was informed by Carolyn Winters of the completion of the four generation family group sheets for the Winters family.
