Financial conditions are impacting Utah farmers ability to operate at a profit This fact will be something voters need to consider when going to the polls on election day. Voters will be asked to decide whether Utah farmers ' should pay property tax on their farm equipment or not "The equipment farmers use are essential tools of production and should be exempted from tax, advises Miles "Cap Ferry, Utah Commissioner of Agriculture.
