The 22 members of the scout troop wanted to find something different to do as a project and Life Scout Greg Tory, son of Byron Tory, came up with the idol of having a pony express bike ride. The dozen or so participants in the bike ride will be carrying advertisements and greeting from Vernal businesses and citizens to the businesses and citizens of the Roosevelt area.
