Musical talent judged at local piano performance The Roosevelt Chapter of the Utah Music Teachers Association held its annual Student Achievement program April 14, at the Roosevelt Stake Center. Student Achievement is a local and state program that tests piano achievement in the areas of performance, sight reading, theory, technique, music appreciation and ear training.
