LAWS March 27, 1917 - Wanda II. Laws passed away peacefully February 25, 2002 at the Four Corners Care Center, alter a lengthy illness. Wanda was born in Ogden, Utah, March 27, 1917 to Oscar Parley and Alfreata James Hurst. She was the February 25, 2002 daughters were born.
