Only moderate flow is expected due to the filling of Electric Lake Reservoir. Anglers are reminded that from Electric Dam to the headwaters, Huntington Creek will be closed to angling. NORTH RESERVOIR - Angling success is not expected to be overly fast; however, the quality of the fish will be excellent. There is one boat ramp available and quite a few scenic campsites. Due to the spring irrigation needs, Joes Valley will be quite low for the opener. Opening day pressure is expected to be moderate to heavy. LOWER FISH CREEK - As Scofield Reservoir will be spilling, Lower Fish Creek will probably be high on the opener. There is a nice campground above Boulger Reservoir with tables and fire pits. LOWRY WATER - This stream will not be stocked prior to the opening due to the high, roily conditions experienced during the runoff. MILLERS FLAT - Access to this reservoir should be open by the fishing oDener. No access problem is foreseen on the opening weekend over this area. Good fishing is anticipated in Millers Flat for rainbow trout. MILLSITE RESERVOIR - With the increased water volume, the growth picture for rainbow trout has improved. Fishing from both boat and shore should be good with the size ranging from 10 to 11 inches. No camping facilities are at the reservoir, however, a very scenic campsite is available approximately five miles up the canyon. As in the past, we expect pressure to be heavy, as this water is one of the most popular areas in the state, especially on opening weekend. Anglers are asked to take their litter home with them , as garbage collection services around the lake are very limited. By the opening weekend, Scofield will be full and spilling. There are two boat ramps available and a limited number of campsites-s- o get there early.
