A final According to Jerry Barnes, director of research and plans, the planning staff is looking at a relaxing of the slope density requirement, but as of this week, Barnes could not say to what degree the zoning would be relaxed. Requirements for soil tests, including geology and hydrology reports, also met with criticism. Barnes reported the tests would not' necessarily be required for all lots, but at this time, it appeared the decision to require the tests would be individually decided.
