TODAY, THE Dugway Federal Credit Union serves this com- munity of Dugway with a savings program totalling $324,862.45 in shares and a loan program totaling $439,991.61 in brans. These impressive totals illustrate the success the credit union has enjoyed in the past seven years. Take die savings program, for example: savings dividends mature annually at five per cent, When compounded you save money in the credit union, it earns life insurance for you. Every penny you save, up to $2,000, earns life insurance. You get a dollar of Life Savings Insurance for every dollar you save before age 55. After 55 you still earn life insurance, but in lesser amounts. As long as your savings remain in the credit union, your life insurance remains in force. If you die, your heirs get your savings plus all die insurance money your savings have earned. In addition to the dollar for dollar insurance benefit on accounts up to $2,000 based on eligibility, the Board of Directors has also authorized double indemnity and dismemberment benefits. This means that in case of accidental death die amount payable to the next of kin, as represented by the share account, will be doubled. In the case of dismemberment 50 per cent or 100 per cent of die principal sum (dure account up to $2,000) will be paid dependent upon the nature of the Got A Girl? - te - President The history of our credit union could not be told in full without mentioning Keith Black.
