Betty took a few days off from work lo tend their little boy while his mot her was in the hospital. Wayne Pickup is out of the hospital after his operation. He is doing fine, and is at his daughter. Mrs. Milton Stoddard's of Salt Lake. Joan Pickup went to Salt Lake last week to pick up Donna who is coming home for a few days. The Randlett Ladies Club held their monthly meeting at the home of Marion Taylor. Co hostesses were Lula Dudley, and Geraldine Frost. A delicious dessert luncheon was served. Aldon Siddoway and Harold Dudley went to Salina, Utah to a bull sale. They bought three bulls. Mr. and Mrs. Dent Snyder from Santa Cruz. Calif., are visiting at the Ronald Dudley residence. They are Vera Dudley's parents. Mr. and Mrs. Dick Ellsworth made a trip to Manila this week to see their son George. Mr. and Mrs. Ivan Rogers spent one day in Salt Lake last week on business. Dinner guests at the Bob Marshall home on Tuesday were her sister, Lela Serels of Hotchkiss, Colo., and her manager of the Duchesne office, according to an announcement by Wesley R. Dickerson, senior vice president and Central division supervisor. A Roosevelt native, Mr. Wilkerson joined First Security in 1972 after graduation from Weber State College. He has also earned a Basic certificate from the American Institute of banking. In addition, he served three years in the U. s. Marine Corps, including a tour of duty in Viet Nam. Mr. Wilkerson is a past advisory board member of the Odyssey House of Utah and past director of the Duchesne Chamber of Commerce. FHA MEMBERS-Unio- n's FHA members attend state convention Members of Union's FHA attended the State FHA-HER- Chapter Conven- tion in Salt Lake City April 29 & 30 at Hotel Utah. The theme for the convention was Wanted: A Key To The Future." On Friday, there were workshops on occupational skills, varying in home economics, restaurant training and clothing design. There was also a meeting for state officer candidates and the voting delegates. Danell Bench competed for an office from Union. Voting delegates were Susan Lemon, RaNae Matthews, Deanne Hall. Judy Ross and Julie Wills. The The evening ended in a banquet at the Grand Ballroom at the Hotel Utah. Ethel Lemon was awarded a State FHA degree during t he awards ceremony. Saturday's activities began with a continental breakfast followed by a series of Workshops. The most popular were: "Ideas for Outdoor Cooking" by Diane Thomas."
