Chamberlin Trebor Jr. Titus - ROY Irene Simons Chamberlin, 92, of 4593 S. 1900 W., died Friday Oct. 25, 1985, at the home of a daughter in Layton of causes incident to age. ; She was born May 12, 1893, in Pay-soa daughter of Orrawell and Frances Mary Brewerton Simons. , She married James F. Chamberlin on June 28, 1922 in the Salt Lake LDS Temple. He died Nov. 10, 1950. - She had been a school teacher for Salt Lake and Weber County schools. She was reared in Payson, lived in Salt Lake City, Ogden and in Roy. - She graduated from Payson High School, University of Utah, and received a B.S. degree in Education from Utah State University in 1954. She was a member of the Roy 22nd LDS Ward. Throughout her life she had served in the Relief Society Presidency, Primary and Sunday School and filled an LDS Mission to Florida. , Surviving are two sons and four daughters, Robert S. Chamberlin, Hong Kong, China; James O. Chamberlin, Ogden; Jean Drumiler, Bountiful; Muriel Perschon, South Jordan; Irene Parker, Layton; Frances Miller, Ogden; 30 grandchildren. Also surviving are one brother and one sister, Dr. Harding Simons, Los Angesles, Calif.; Dorothy S. Sorenson, Alhambra, Calif. She was preceded in death by one brother and five sisters, and one granddaughter. . Stewart Miles Stewart, 76, of 16053 Laconia Drive, formerly of Kaysville, died Wednesday, Oct. 23, 1985 at the Georgetown University Hospital in Washington, D.C., of causes incident to age. She was born Oct. 8, 1909 in Utah, a daughter of John Talmai and Merza Jane Whitehead Miles. She married Gabriel LaVirl Stewart Aug. 19, 1932 in the Salt Lake LDS Temple. He died Aug. 6, 1980. She had worked for a law firm in Salt Lake City and at Hill Air Force Base. She had served in the LDS Church MIA, Sunday School, Relief Society and in various choirs. She had also served as an ordinance worker In the Mesa, Jordan and Washington D.C. Temples. , She had been a hospital volunteer. The marriage was later solemnized in the Salt Lake LDS Temple. He was a machinist and had retired from Hill Air Force Base. He served with the U.S. Navy during World War II. He was born June 24, 1920, in Arkansas, a son of Jesse J. and Margaret Lucas Eason. He married Cora Norwood. They were later divorced. He married Daisy L. Watkins on May 26, 1971, in Elko, Nevada. He was a member of the Catholic Church. He was a member of Beehive Elks Lodge No. 407. He graduated from Xavier College. He was employed as a supply spea-cialiat Hill Air Force Base. He had formerly worked for the Ogden City Police Department. He had been a counselor at the Clearfield Job Corps Center and had worked as a chemist for Morton Thiokol in Brigham city. Surviving are his widow of Layton; two sons and three daughters, Russell Eason, Vincent Paul Eason and Shirley Brown all of Salt Lake City; Yvonne Eason, Scottsbluff, Missouri; Tina Watkins Eason, Layton.
