Participation in the party by all children and grandchildren of association members is free, but the picture with Santa Claus will cost DCWA o GUN" tryouts scheduled Auditions for the Dixie College Theatre production of the Irving Berlin musical ANNIE, GET YOUR GUN will be held at Dixie College in the Fine Arts Theatre beginning Monday, January 3, at 3 P.M. Dixie College students and interested community members are invited to audition. Commencing January 3, audition participants will be involved in a three-datryout. It is imperative that those who desire to audition are present for the first organizational session on January 3, following which reading auditions will be held. No advance preparation will be required for these readings, since participants will read from selected scenes in the script. On January 4, singing auditions will be held, beginning at 3 P.M., in the Fine Arts Theatre. All who desire to participate in the show must be involved in singing auditions. An accompanist will be provided for those who do not bring their own for their number. On January 5, dancing auditions will be conducted. Again, no advance preparation is required. $1.00. Dixie Calendar During the last week of each month, the Dixie College Office of Information Services prepares a calendar for the following month which includes a listing of all college and St. George area activities of interest to all Dixie Rebels past, present, and even future. Since the end of September, the calendars have been prepared by Ms. Chris Wyatt, secretary to Ed Rogers, Director of Information Services. Routines of varying difficulty will be taught by the Choreographer to all who desire to be in the show. Again, all participants in auditions are asked to be involved in this segment of tryouts.
