All three are veteran employees of the school district. .Stephen E. Whitesides, who has been serving as principal of the Samuel Morgan Elementary School, - Draws Probation , i A Downey, Idaho, man has been sentenced to five years probation for smuggling 1.2 pounds of Peruvian cocaine into the United States in a shipment of wood. ' Jan Brian Evans was sentenced to the probation by Judge Bruce S. Jenkins, O.S. District Court for Utah, follpwing completion of a psychological evaluation of the defendant.
