Show w -J PERRON We have been unable to see the program pro-gram committee for the 24;h so don't know what they have sent you as a write-up so we will send you a resume of what the sporting and finance committee com-mittee has done. The matter of finance and sports for the 24th have been given over to the Athletic club and we insure all an enjoyable time. Following is a partial program for the afternoon: Children's dance at 2:30 p. m. Races for children and grown-ups after dance. Ladies egg race Gents suit-case race. Donkey-clown relay race. Horse races Basket-ball Dance at 8:30 p. m. for all. CLEVELAND An excellent program has been prepared pre-pared for the 24th. There will be a big dance at Davis hall next Saturday night Black Hawk orchestra. . Edd Jensen is again able to be out after a very severe attack of illness. The stork has recently visited through Cleveland leaving girls at the homes of Mr. and Mrs. Harry Williams, Mr. and Mrs. D. A. Johnson and Mr. and Mrs. Howard Christensen. Miss Marie Oliver of Elmo visited last week in Cleveland, the guest of L. P. Oveson and family. Misses Ruth Whimpev and Myrtle Williams have returned from Helper where they spent the 4th. Mrs. Andrew Hanson and -family of Mohrland are visiting relatives in Cleveland. Cleve-land. Emery White is also visiting here for a few days, an honored guest at the Cowley home. Neils Neilson has come down from Storrs to take charge of the farm while the boys have gone to Storrs where they have employment. Stake Supt. of Sunday Schools J. W. Nixon visited our local school last Sunday Sun-day and gave some very good instructions. instruc-tions. His family accompanied him. Ralph Alger is running a passenger car to and from Cleveland. |
