Show SAD DEATH AT LAWRENCE We are grieved to report the death of Hubbard Day, the 21-year old son of Mr. and Mrs. Ira A. Day, of Lawrence, who died at the home of his pirents, at 4 o'clock, Friday morning, of peritonitis. periton-itis. The young man had suffered intensely in-tensely since the first attack, which came something like a week ago, and death came as a great relief to the patient pa-tient sufferer. Dr. Coleman of Castledale Castle-dale had the case in charge. Hopes were entertained that the ailment would recede sufficient so as to perform an operation, but so complicated was the young man's con lition that that opportunity could not present itself. Hubbard was a promising young man and his death has caused a loss in the family circle that cannot be .filled. He was a congenial young man and was beloved by all." The funeral services and burial are to be held today at Lawrence. |
