Now to further explain for those of you who are organized, who pattern instructions, and seem to hold life in a great bal- ance, please do not be too tough on those of us whose visions often outweigh our ability to perform. Just the other day I received a billing from a company who continues to bill us for some- thing we paid off a year ago. I have tried to straighten it out, but nothing has seemed to help, I got mad! Now I am not the angry type, but something came over me! I will get this settled once and for all, I steamed. In my efforts to get them off my back I had over- in the amount of $68.54. Now the big project was to find the information on my check stubs, which I knew was handled the First part of Octo- ber, or was it the first of Sep- tember? I thumbed through the check book (I have a huge busi- ness book since I kept misplac- - ing the small one.) I knew the information I was looking for had to be in that book. As I struggled to find the info, I discovered a recipe, hen scratched on the back of one stub, an idea for a song on other, a quote from some great person (whose name I couldnt remember), penned in red ink. I must have searched for at least a half an hour for the needed information. Well, low and be- hold, I had sketched a rather g Father Escalante in flowing robes, in a bullfighter stance, holding up the state of Utah, tattered and tom, and the words WEVE BEEN GORE'D, by Robert Herford and Billy the Bull. It brought to mind the day I had penned the cartoon and beneath the inky rendition of would-b- e art was the information I needed, most totally oblivious, peeking out from the robe of Father Escalante, But, putting all this aside, dont you think that would make one heck of a Oh, and by the way I still didnt get that darned account settled! an-follo- 9 w seedy-lookin- al-pa- id your crafts at the boutique, please contact Dottie Donn at 9 or the library at There will be a $10 fee for each table you wish to set up.
