Show School SOUTHERN UTAH NEWS WEDNESDAY APRIL 3, 1996 Corry family offers vocational scholarship The family of LaMar Judd Corry are pleased to offer the LaMar Judd Corry Vocational Scholarship in memory of the hard working hands which supported his family. For so many years, LaMar pursued the trade of meat cutter. With this skill and a dream, he was able to build Kanab Custom Meats, a successful federal meat plant. Valley FFA participates in State contest LaMar always felt more young people should be encouraged to receive training in vocational areas whether as meat cutters, mechanics, electricians, carpenters or whatever the talent or interest may be. Those students interested in applying for this scholarship S stu(worth $300 for dent and High student) should submit a short resume which includes plans for future training in their area of interest and how the money will be used.
