Show Page 7 Sun Chronicle, Thursday, July 1 5, 1 976 pmtmwmm. Olde vehicles being shown Ogdens 6th Annual Olde Car Show will be held Sunday, July 18, at Liberty Park, 21st and Monroe. There will also be a swap meet held in conjunction w ith the show on July 17 and 18. Youngsters are invited to enter the Junior Minature Car show Saturday, July 17. They may enter model cars of 1942 and older models. Trophies will be awarded in three age groups, and The car show will feature Corvettes this year, and a model for the last 23 years will be shown in the show. There will also be an olde clothes fashion show contest, with trophies awarded to winners. Those interested in entering their cars in the show for entry should call blank information. There are 11 entry classes, including: Brass and Antique 9 to 1915; Vintage 6 Production Early 8 Late Production 7 Model T Ford 1 Model A Ford, 7 Special Interest Mwk Model the minature tennial celebration August 21. Bicentennial events set in August for Davis County ComDavis County missioners Glen W. Flint, C.E. Moss and Stanley M. Smoot extend good wishes to each of the 16 communities and residents of Davis County in preparation for the bicentennial celebration of this country, which they will observe August 21. The commissioners wholeheartedly give their support of the celebrations that are being held in each community to commemorate the event. All Davis County residents, are invited to unite together in making this event memorable and successful. The celebration will take place in conjunction with the county fair in Farmington.
