Bird of Murray and Lisa Kay Mecham of Idaho Falls will exchange marriage vows today, rites perMarch 19th, in double-rinformed in the Salt Lake LDS Temple. The bride is the daughter of Dr. Larry and Garda H. Mecham of Idaho Falls. She graduated from Sky Line high of Idaho Falls and also from Ricks College, with an associate degree. Mr. and Mrs. John T. Bird,' of Murray, are the parents of the groom, who graduated from Murray high and is a travel agent for Murdock Travel in Salt Lake. The two of them have both filled LDS missions. She served in Tampa, Florida and he in Frankfurt, West Germany. A wedding breakfast will be held at the Chuck-a-ram- a today. A reception will be held at the South Cottonwood 9th ward, and an open house will be held at a later date in the Idaho Falls 33rd ward. She is the first child of Darrin and Jill Goldstein of Idaho Falls (Mrs. Goldstein is the former Jill Jones of Granger) and the first grandchild of Lynn and Vickie Newton Jones of Idaho Falls, but former GrangerKearns residents. Jerrica is the first greatgrandchild of Paul and Cleda Newton of Kearns and the first Kelly Davis Marries Kori Nooner Lori Nooner and Kelly R. Davis were married on Iarch 15th in Las Vegas, Nevada and will be honored at an open house on April 10th. Friends and family are being invited to call at the West Jordan 57th ward house, 7171 South 2700 West from 7 to 9 p.m. on that date. The event is being hosted by Ferril and Judy Davis. The bride is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Don Nooner and is an employee of Valley Bank and Trust. The groom is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Ferril R. Davis of Taylorsville and Mr. and Mrs. Don Dell of West Valley City. Kelly is a graduate of Taylorsville high, attended Rome State College of Tennessee and also Utah Technical College of Provo where he played baseball. He is now sales manager at Mister 4x4 of Ogden. Jerrica and Mrs. Syrelda shared Newton the spotlight at a recent family gathering celebrating Syrelda's 98th birthday and bringing together, for the first time, the five generations. The new addition to the family was born at Mountain Home AFB, Idaho, where her father is stationed with the air force. Wright Marks His Eightieth Birthday An open house, held the evening of March 14th. celebrated the 80th birthday of Duane 0. Wright. The event was held at his home, and hosted by his wife.
